12-Month Manufacturer Warranty — This product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will arrange free repair or replacement for confirmed quality issues caused by manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, disassembly, or normal wear and tear.

60-Day Return Window — We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery for all international warehouse products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us at contact@motiongo.com to initiate a return.

Minor visual differences between product images and the received item do not qualify as a defect or grounds for return.

Do not use the headband while it is charging — risk of short circuit or overheating

The headband is not waterproof — do not wear while swimming or showering

Do not expose to extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 45°C)

Do not disassemble or modify the headband — this voids the warranty

Keep away from children under 3 years old — small parts including speakers and control panel present a choking hazard

Do not use at high volume for extended periods — may damage hearing

Charging port is Android/Micro-USB compatible — not USB-C

Washing Instructions – Read Carefully:

The fabric headband is washable. The electronics are NOT washable. You must remove them first.

Step 1 – Remove Electronic Components:

• Locate the control panel and both speakers inside the headband
• Gently push them out of their fabric pockets
• Do not pull the wires forcefully. Do not yank or stretch the connections.
• Set the electronics aside in a dry place

Step 2 – Wash the Fabric Headband:

• Hand wash OR machine wash on gentle cycle
• Use cold water only
• Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or dry cleaning chemicals.
• Do not iron the headband

Step 3 – Drying:

• Air dry naturally. Do not put in a dryer.
• Do not wring or twist the fabric. Press water out gently.
• Ensure the headband is 100 percent dry before reassembly

Step 4 – Reassemble:

• Reinsert the control panel and speakers into their correct fabric pockets
• Ensure they sit flat and aligned with your ears when worn

Charging Best Practices:

• Charge for 1 to 2 hours before first use
• A full charge provides 10 to 14 hours of playback at 60 percent volume
• Do not charge for more than 3 hours
• Do not use the headband while it is charging
• The LED indicator shows red while charging and blue when fully charged

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Do not fold the headband tightly around the electronic module
• For storage longer than 1 month: fully charge, turn off, store in dry place, and recharge every 3 months

Troubleshooting:

Cannot pair with Bluetooth:
Ensure headband is in pairing mode with LED flashing red and blue. Restart headband and your device. Keep within 1 meter during pairing.

Poor sound quality:
Adjust speaker position to align with your ears. Check battery level. Move away from other electronic devices causing interference.

Battery drains quickly: Lower the volume. Ensure device was fully charged for 2 hours. Turn off when not in use.

Headband is uncomfortable: Adjust the fit. Do not wear too tight. The soft material fits head sizes 22 to 28 inches.

No sound output: Check Bluetooth connection. Ensure volume is not set to zero on both headband and device. Restart both.

Warranty:

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement for quality problems caused by manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or normal wear and tear.
