At MotionGo, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
30-Day & 60-Day Return Window
Products shipped from our US warehouse are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery.
Products shipped from our international warehouse are eligible for returns within 60 days of delivery to account for longer shipping transit times.
To qualify for a return, items must be: unused, in original packaging, in the same condition received, and returned with all included accessories and tags.
To start a return request, contact us at contact@motiongo.us within the applicable return period.
Please Note
Minor visual differences between product images and the received item do not qualify as defects or valid grounds for return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned: products returned outside the eligible return window, opened or used items, hygiene or personal care products, final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable, and gift cards.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email contact@motiongo.us with: your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our support team typically responds within 1β2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
MotionGo covers return shipping costs for: damaged items, defective products, and incorrect items sent by us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for: change-of-mind returns and non-defective returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
At this time, MotionGo does not offer direct exchanges. Refunds only.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@motiongo.us and include: your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
You may choose either: a full refund or a replacement item.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include: your order number, a photo of the received item, and a photo of the packaging and shipping label.
We will either: send the correct item or issue a full refund. No return will be required.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for: orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, damage caused by misuse accidents or improper handling after delivery, and opened or used items returned due to change of mind.
