Where We Ship
MotionGo ships worldwide to most countries and regions.
We are unable to ship to: P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Please provide a valid physical street address during checkout. Orders submitted with unsupported addresses may be delayed or canceled.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49.99.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: destination country, package weight, and shipping method.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive: a shipping confirmation email and tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
US Warehouse Products: Products shipped from our US warehouse typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Warehouse Products: Some products ship directly from our international warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 15–25 business days after shipment. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing or local carrier operations.

International Orders (Outside the United States)
Orders shipped outside the United States generally arrive within 15–25 business days after shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on: destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery networks.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Identify Shipping Origin
Each product page indicates the shipping origin.
Products labeled "International Shipping" ship from our international warehouse.
Products without this label typically ship from our US warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Summary
US Orders (US Warehouse): 3–7 business days after shipment
US Orders (International Warehouse): 15–25 business days after shipment
International Orders: 15–25 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to: carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or logistics disruptions outside our control.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
After shipment, customers will receive a tracking number by email.
You may also track your order directly through our Track Your Order page on the MotionGo website.
Please note that international tracking updates may become less frequent once the package leaves its origin country.

Lost or Missing Orders
Domestic US Orders: If your package has not arrived within 15 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact contact@motiongo.us
International Orders: Please allow up to 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us regarding missing packages, as customs processing and international transit delays may occur.
If an order is confirmed lost, MotionGo will provide either: a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
MotionGo is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to: import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
MotionGo does not control or estimate these fees.
