ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic US orders are delivered within 3–7 business days via standard shipping from our US warehouse. International orders are delivered within 15–25 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49.99. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the store at any time. Please note that international tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves the US.
I haven't received my order yet - what should I do? First, check your tracking number for the latest update. For domestic US orders, contact us if your order has not arrived within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date before reaching out, as customs processing can cause delays. Contact us at contact@motiongo.us and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please use a valid physical street address at checkout.
PRODUCTS & QUALITY
Who are your products for? MotionGo carries gear for adults, hobbyists, and anyone looking for a standout gift.
What age ranges do your products cover? MotionGo carries products for all ages. Whether you are shopping for a young child or a collector, you will find something here.
Do your products come with a warranty? Our products do not come with a standard manufacturer warranty. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Do the products look like the photos? We work hard to ensure our product images and descriptions are accurate. If you ever receive something that does not match what was shown, contact us and we will make it right immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, regardless of whether you are a domestic or international customer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at contact@motiongo.us to begin the process.
Who pays for return shipping? If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping for domestic US customers. International customers in this situation should contact us and we will work out the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund without requiring a return. If you are returning for a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Allow an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. International returns may take longer to reach us, so please factor in transit time.
I received a wrong or damaged item - what do I do? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@motiongo.us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund, no return required. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
ACCOUNT & PAYMENTS
Is it safe to shop on MotionGo? Yes. Our store is powered by one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We accept all major payment methods available through checkout.
Can I cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders immediately. Cancellations are not guaranteed but must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us at contact@motiongo.us. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window as your order may already be in fulfillment.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping? Not at this time, but we are working on it. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when these become available.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program? Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. Stay tuned.
