Returns & warranty

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery for all international warehouse products. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us at contact@motiongo.com within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Minor visual differences between product images and the received item do not qualify as a defect or grounds for return. Damage caused by improper use, disassembly, or water immersion beyond IPX5 rating does not qualify for return.
